The Vendor Bill must also be for a vendor with existing Entity Bank Details on their vendor record. If there are no outstanding Vendor Bills, create one prior to performing this test. 1. Navigate to the Bill Payment Processing screen via Payments > Payment Processing > Bill Payment Processing. 2. Select the following details: - Bank Account: [select a Bank Account which Electronic Payments has been set up for] - Date to be Processed: [today's date] 3. Scroll to the bottom and select the transactions to be paid by marking them as 'Pay' on the line level, then click Submit. 4. The Payment File Administration screen appears - observe the 'Last Process Initiated' and 'File Processed?' fields. Stay on the screen and periodically press the 'Refresh' button until the file has been processed. 5. Once processed, download the file.
