Project Management/Program Management -          Jordan emphasized that this is a huge undertaking for the amount of modules Spa World is implementing, impacting every single department in the company. -          Multiple ERP implementations have not gone well. -          Everyone at Spa World needs more handholding. -          NS to bridge communication with Verenia, WMS team, SuitePeople team and Training team. -          Plan to Produce Personalization Session – rescheduled for Wednesday. -          Project is on schedule and everyone understands the importance to go live in December. WMS -          Reviewed updated Project Plan with WMS project tasks. -          Venkat to send deck presented along with additional information to prepare for WMS configuration sessions and UAT scripts. -          Discussed use case scenario examples. ERP -          COA loaded Training -          Maggie to add tasks in the project plan for Training dates and to arrange for Kelly to provide specific guidance to get started on hands on training prior to Walkthrough I. Donner -          Advanced Manufacturing not needed; WIP and Routing is included -          Vendor Prepayments SuiteSolution may be needed; Shari will review in session scheduled next Wednesday.
