We will need to check permission levels" Mihir - "Is the Create Deposit button not appearing under the Spa World - Sales role? If that's the case, it's most likely a permission issue. Please advise on which roles need to be able to create a deposit." Also: If the Create Deposit Button is not visible on the Sales Order Record, the reason must be one of the following: 1. The status of the Sales Order is Cancelled, Closed or Billed. 2. The Sales Order Form is of the Standard Sales Order Type and the Payment Method field is not blank. 3. The Sales Order Form is of the Cash Sale Type. 1/8 - Kristoff and Jordan advised Brooke to ensure the A/R, Cost Accountant, and Controller role need to click the Create Deposit Button 4. The Sales Order Form is customized to not show the Create Deposit Button.

When you invoice this sales order, the reserved deposit is automatically applied." 2) Expected results "1. Customer deposit is saved and can be viewed. 2. Validate GL Impact is accurate." 3) Actual results Fail - Sales Order Number not included
