- As a supplement to Work Order Traceability (see above) the capture of actual manufacturing information in real-time can enhance transaction accuracy as well as assemble key performance metrics such as: ¥ Downtime and Scrap analysis by Work Center and Reason ¥ Various KPI's: efficiency, scrap, rework, yield, downtime, schedule attainment, labor hours used, earned hours, elapsed time, productivity, OEE, etc. ¥ Quality Inspection measurement and reporting Association of the data to Work Order by Operational further aids in Dashboard reporting and continuous improvement activities. Labor Capture Advanced Manufacturing and associated mobile applications support the capture of actual labor hours by Operation and can leverage this data when generating NetSuite transactions (see Work Order Completion). All labor hours are summarized in the Work Order under the Advanced Manufacturing tab. Downtime & Scrap Capture Advanced Manufacturing and associated mobile applications support the capture of Downtime and Scrap by Operations and can leverage this data when generating NetSuite transactions (see Work Order Completion). In addition, reasons for each occurrence are configurable and allow for the generation of report and pareto charts to support continuous improvement. All data is summarized in the Work Order under the Advanced Manufacturing tab. Quality Inspection Advanced Manufacturing provides the ability to define specific quality or inspections criteria associated to incoming inspection or manufacturing processing activities. Tests are configured with respect to individual Items or Operations as appropriate. The set of inspections required for an item or operation may be printed and transferred to the floor for initial data capture. Subsequently the results may be transferred into NetSuite via Advanced Manufacturing forms with the assembled data being made available for Saved Searches and reporting. All quality inspection data are summarized in the Work Order Record under the Advanced Manufacturing tab.
