- In NetSuite, Credit Cards statements can be reconciled in the same process as Banking Statements. All Service Charges, Cash Advances, Interest and any other type of Credits applied to the Credit Card can be incorporated into the reconciliation. To ensure all credit card transactions have been reconciled in NetSuite, transactions must be marked as cleared and reconciled. If transactions remain uncleared, then the Credit Card Statement will remain not reconciled. For each unique Credit Card used, a G/L Account will be required to be created for the purpose of posting all Credit Card transactions to within NetSuite.
