1. A workflow is now in place to uncheck the Auto-Calculate fields upon Item Creation.
2. Yes, we will want this box checked.
3. SW Decision. Average Cost and Item Defined Cost are the two most commonly used. Select the field label to see additional information about each option and what the field is used for.
4. Location can not be assigned to Items since they may be used across multiple subsidiaries.
There are two options. 1. Check the Include Children box under Subsidiary and don't assign a Location. 2. Only select One Subsidiary and then select a Location.
I recommend option 1.
5. There was not an identifier in the Item Template to know which Items are distribution and which are manufactured. SW will have to provide a list of current Assemblies in NetSuite and identify which Items are for distribution. These Items will then need to be deleted and recreated as non-serialized assemblies.
12/17 (KR) - It was determined that distribution items will remain non-serialized for phase 1. May re-evaluate in a future phase. |

5. no serial for distribution items expect premanufactured tubs. Manufactured skus are serialized |

1. Auto-calculate will be unchecked by default via workflow.
2. Mass update or CSV Import should be performed to update this value.
3. SW to decide which option they want to see. Average Cost will work (current value) or Item Defined Cost.
4. Location can not be assigned to Items since they may be used across multiple subsidiaries. (See Comments section for options)
5. N/A. Item Type for distribution items will be re-evaluated in a future phase. |

1. DAP (Deliver at Destination Point) is now available and the default.
2. If a Transfer Price is set on an Item Record, it is the default value used as the transfer price on transfer orders, which affects the total amount. You can still override the default by entering a new price on the Transfer Order. If a Transfer Price is blank on the Item record, a default value of 0 will show on the Transfer Order. Unless a transfer price value is on the transfer order, an amount of zero is used for COGS calculations when the item is received.
Best Practice is to use the Standard Cost of the Source Location as the Transfer Price or use an Inventory Transfer instead, which eliminates any fulfillment or receipt. |

1. There is not enough history in NetSuite to use the Auto-calculate Reorder Point functionality. Leading practice is to have a minimum of 6 months of transactions before using the auto-calculate function.
Reorder point values should be provided by Spa World until feature can be utilized in the future.
2. Workflow was created to default the Tax Schedule to Taxable upon Item creation.
3. Is this in reference to the 'Unbuild Variance Account'? If so, it is used if Assemblies are ever unbuilt. This is a transaction you likely won't use in NetSuite, but will still need an account here.
I updated the default Unbuild Account in Accounting Preferences, this should not be an issue moving forward. |

1) I thought the need for an end customer address was related to the Upsell orders. As we discussed the Big Box orders will come into NS with the ship-to address as the end customer. We have a Saved Search called SW | End Customer Search. If an order needs to be generated a customer will need to be created based on the ship-to address of the Big Box order. This is a manual process. These orders can be linked by adding the related SO number in the custom field.
2) Addresses are not on the cases but instead the related transaction.
3) If a case is for a non-customer, options will be to enter the case under Big Box customer number and make notations on who contacted or the generic 13 Spa World Support Customer can be used.
4) Cases can have the SO linked to them by selecting it in the Search Ref. No. Type/Search Reference number fields. |

When creating cases the sales order number is no where to be found. We need to sales order number to automatically populate…also: The customer name and address fields were never added. Agents cannot add a customers address information and this is a must, per the conversation and front end design we went through |

Create Deposit Button not showing under various roles
Brooke - "Which roles? We will need to check permission levels"
Mihir - "Is the Create Deposit button not appearing under the Spa World - Sales role? If that's the case, it's most likely a permission issue. Please advise on which roles need to be able to create a deposit."
Also: If the Create Deposit Button is not visible on the Sales Order Record, the reason must be one of the following:
1. The status of the Sales Order is Cancelled, Closed or Billed.
2. The Sales Order Form is of the Standard Sales Order Type and the Payment Method field is not blank.
3. The Sales Order Form is of the Cash Sale Type.
1/8 - Kristoff and Jordan advised Brooke to ensure the A/R, Cost Accountant, and Controller role need to click the Create Deposit Button
4. The Sales Order Form is customized to not show the Create Deposit Button. |

Jordan's additional notes...
Also….Iris who was creating and working on cases mentioned the following:
• She is getting an email every time she:
o Created a case
o Modified it (changed something)
o Escalated
o In short every time a case was touched or opened by her she got an email alert of what she did
As you can imagine, this cannot happen.
